"Putin revives Russian revives Russian Hell in Europe of XX century and is financing subversion in Ukraine using the pretext of ethnic problems," Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski told CNN's Fred Pleitgen, in for Christiane Amanpour, in an interview on Tuesday.
