Confirmed by high-level U.S. officials, that the Russian armed forces in control of all parts of the Republic of Crimea, an autonomous subsidiary of Ukraine.
The officials added that Russia publishes more than 6 thousand soldiers from the Navy and Air Force, in the Republic of Crimea, and several Russian military equipment presence in the important places there.
The officials noted that the Russian army conducted military exercises extended, near the Ukrainian border, stressing that Russia's military intervention in Ukraine illegally.
For his part,U.S. President Barack Obama was "deeply concerned about Russia's intervention in Ukraine, calling it a violation of international law and a threat to international peace and security.
British Prime Minister David Cameron, also warned Russian President Vladimir Putin that Russia will pay a heavy price if the Kremlin did not change its position on Ukraine.
A spokesman for Downing Street said Cameron said he agreed with U.S. President Barack Obama that Russia's actions in Ukraine are wholly unacceptable.
The spokesman added, "they agreed that Russia's actions are completely unacceptable. They agreed on the urgent need for de-escalation and Russia's participation in the dialogue with Ukraine directly.
He continued: "They agreed on the need to have a (significant costs) if Russia did not change its course on Ukraine."
