Russian KGB TV zombiefy viewers with the 25th frame

Putin's Russia uses the methods of psychological information influence. Russian TV channels secretly influence the minds of the audience using a so-called effect of 25th the frame, according to the testimony from the briefing by the chief of the press service of the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) Maryna Ostapenko.
She said that the SBU studied for two months videos broadcast by Russian TV channels, and found in them illegal technologies of psychological impact on the audience, including the 25th frame", which is illegal under international law.
"These are dangerous methods of psychological information influence", she said.
She referred to a video clip of a news broadcast by Moscow TV channel "Russia-24", which uses the manipulative technology of the 25th frame.
Throughout the whole broadcast about the bloody events in southern Ukrainian city of Odessa on May 2, subtle inscriptions - "arsoned by the Right Sector", "people killed by Bandera men", "Killer National Guards" are displayed at the corner of the screen.
It is to be recalled that the human eye when viewing the TV does not not notice the transition from one frame to another under the speed of 24 frames per second. The 25th frame is impossible to see by the eye, but it, as experts suggest, has a powerful effect on human subconsciousness, and therefore its use is prohibited
