Press secretary of ISIL al-Adnani announces creation of caliphate

Press secretary of Ad Dawla al-Islamiyya fi al-Iraq wa ash-Sham/Islamic State of Iraq and Levant (ISIL) al-Adnani circulated audio recording stating that the Council of ISIL announced the creation of caliphate headed by its leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.
Al Arabiya reports that the recording informs us that Council of ISIL had discussed the matter and appointed their Emir as the "caliph of all Muslims". There was no response from the leader of ISIL yet.
On this occasion, in the town of Raqqa, which is controlled by units of ISIL, they have declared a holiday.
Meanwhile, in city of Deir ez-Zor the fighting continues between ISIL and other units of the Syrian Mujahideen. So the town of al-Bukamal was taken by combined units of Majlis-ash-Shura/Advisory Council, who continue to control the Deir ez-Zor, repulsing the attacks of ISIL and troops of the Assad's regime.
In the province of Deir ez-Zor, the battles have been ongoing for several months already. Units of ISIL aimed to capture Deir ez-Zor, but so far they have failed to do it. Battles are taking place with varying degrees of success. According to various sources, including from the command of ISIL and opposing Jabhat an-Nusra/Victory Front (VF) and other units, some rural areas have several times passed from the hands of one side to the other.
Meanwhile, the command of the troops of the Assad regime has stated that its aircraft attacked the headquarters of ISIL in the town of Hasaka. Details are not known.
It is also reported that the infidels advanced in the industrial area of Sheikh Najjar in the province of Aleppo and captured the village of Sheikh Zayat, where previously units of VF had been holding defence.
Infidels attacked village of Heylyan and approaches to the Central Prison, all controlled by Jaish al-Muhajireen wal Ansar/Army of Emigrants and Supporters (AES). The battles are continuing.
