SYRIA. AES base bombed
6/2/2014 6:11:31 PM

A representative of the command of Jaish al-Muhajireen wal Ansar/Army of Emigrants and Supporters (AES) confirmed information that has been circulating in recent days by Assadites and several sources on social networks, about the bombing of a base in the populated area of Hraytan in Aleppo province. But refuted the statement of infidels on large losses of Mujahideen, reports Akhbar Sham.

Several media sources say that the bombing was carried out on "the Caucasus Emirate base in Syria".

It is to be recalled, that in recent months, AES has entered the forefront of the Syrian Mujahideen in Aleppo, and has led the most successful offensive operations against the infidels.

The bomb attacks on the AES base took place on 28 and 29 May. The first time, 3 barrel bombs were dropped, which exploded near the base and which did not cause much damage.

The second wave of the aerial attack was carried out by the Assadites at 7 am on 29 May. 10 barrel bombs were dropped on the base from choppers. Apart from that the infidels attacked the base with the help of assault planes and fired 3 rockets.

As a result of the bombing the building of the base suffered significant damage but casualties were minimal. There was 1 martyr, Abdul Wahhab Kabardinsky. Four mujahideen were lightly wounded with cuts and contusions from glass.

One mujahid fell into the basement from the 4th floor as a result of the floor collapsing. He was buried but is alive. Praise Allah, he did not suffer serious injuries or wounds except for a back injury of moderate severity.

Apart from that 1 Zushka and 2 light machine guns belonging to the Mujahideen were destroyed. There were no other losses to life or equipment. ***
