After terrorist attack 7/17 Putin's fears he's going to be poisoned
7/24/2014 7:18:54 PM
Polish information portal W Politice in the article "Putin is afraid of being poisoned. Special degustateurs try every meal ... (Putin boi się otrucia. Specjalny degustator próbuje przed nim każdy posiłek ...)" reported citing The Independent belonging to former FSB/KGB General Lebedev about the aggravation of paranoia in Russian leader after the murder, on his orders, of 298 passengers on the Malaysian Boeing (according to some experts Putin organized mass murder in order to substitute the topic of the present moment about Ukraine, as it was done in Syria, in case of chemical weapons of Assad - KC):
"Russian President Vladimir Putin remains faithful to the traditions of medieval monarchs, whose every meal is tried first by a designated person, because of the fear of poisoning.
"The Kremlin boss developed even more acute paranoia (paranoja jeszcze wzrosła) after the destruction of the aircraft of Malaysian Airlines last week in eastern Ukraine, writes The Independent.
No matter what sanctions will apply the EU and the US, they certainly will affect the Russian oligarchs who, in turn, might want to get rid of Putin.
"Every dish that is to be eaten by the president of Russia, is carefully vetted by one of his bodyguards, the so-called food-taster. Thus Putin can be sure that his soup will not have any additions like, for instance, polonium, that killed a former KGB agent Alexander Litvinenko, said Gilles Bragard, President of the "Club 27" (top chefs who cook for world leaders) in an interview with The Independent.
According to him, the president of Russia, whenever he attends an international summit or conference, brings with him his own salt, pepper, water and napkins. "It's always better to be safe", Bragard ridicules (over Putin - KC), reports Polish portal.
A former major of Russian Military Intelligence – GRU - who has asked for political asylum in the UK after he defected to the West, gave an interview to Warsaw newspaper Rzeczpospolita. Viktor Suvorov (his real name is Semion Rezun) said:
"Nothing could affect Putin's reputation as strongly as the destruction of a passenger aircraft. This situation will eventually cause the overthrow of the president of Russia".
