IS distributes first video with a sermon by Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi

Ad Dawla al-Islamiyya/Islamic State (IS) (former Ad Dawla al-Islamiyya fi al-Iraq wa ash-Sham/Islamic State of Iraq and Levant (ISIL)) has distributed on Saturday a video sermon of their leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, who was proclaimed on Sunday as an Emir of Muslims (Emir al-Mu'minin) in connection with the proclamation of Caliphate in the city of Raqqa in Syria.
The video was recorded in a mosque in the Iraqi city of Mosul which was recaptured from Shiite troops a few weeks ago. This is the first video of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi (see the video).
In his 15-minute sermon, Emir of the IS urged to obey him as long as he followed the precepts of Almighty, and declared the supremacy of Sharia. "If you see me on a wrong path, advise me and halt me. And obey me as far as I obey Allah".
He also told that it was an obligation of Muslims to establish the caliphate and that fighting on the path of Allah is legal.
It is to be recalled that al-Qaeda, and a number of Jihadi scholars accuse the IS that it has made lawful the shedding of blood and unlawful killings of Muslims, and refuses to appear before an independent Sharia court to stop the bloodshed. In turn, the IS sees its opponents as apostates because they refuse to submit to the IS.
