SYRIA. Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi made audio speech

An audio recording of speech of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, leader of the Ad Dawla al-Islamiyya/Islamic State (IS) (former Ad Dawla al-Islamiyya fi al-Iraq wa ash-Sham/Islamic State of Iraq and Levant (ISIL)), which proclaimed a caliphate in the Syrian city of Raqqa on Sunday, has been published on YouTube on Tuesday, report Arab sources. A press secretary of ISIL al-Adnani said that Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi has been elected head of the caliphate by the decision of the Council of ISIL.
This is the first speech of the leader of the IS, which he did after the proclamation of caliphate.
As reported by Arab sources, in his address Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi called on Muslims to "emigrate to the caliphate", especially those who possess professional qualifications - doctors, soldiers, engineers, etc.
Addressing to his supporters, he said that "the brothers throughout the world are waiting for you to be rescued".
An audio recording titled "Message to Mujahideen of the Islamic Community in Ramadan" was posted on the Internet by supporters of IS and translated into several languages. Meanwhile, the bloodshed in Syria continues. A massive bombings of Aleppo have been carried out Assad's aircraft on Tuesday. There are many killed and wounded among the civilian population (see the video).
Fighting continues between the IS and the units of the Jabhat al-Islam/Army of Islam (AI) in the eastern Ghouta. Local sources reported of forcing IS units out of some settlements. After the IS units were driven out of Midaa, fightings began in the town of al-Marj.
There are fighting taking place in the province of Deir ez-Zor. After the capture of al-Bukamal IS units carried out mortar strikes on at the town of al-Shuhail, which is under control of Jabhat an-Nusra/Victory Front (VF). Local sources report about the massive shelling of the town with heavy weapons by IS.
