SYRIA. IS units recapture Jarablus from Kurds

Sources in Syria report that the Ad Dawla al-Islamiyya/Islamic State (IS) units (former (former Ad Dawla al-Islamiyya fi al-Iraq wa ash-Sham/Islamic State of Iraq and Levant (ISIL), which declared caliphate on Sunday) raised the flag at a checkpoint in the town of Jarablus.
It is reported that a fighting took place between IS units and the forces of the Kurdish party Democratic Union (aka PYD) in the village Zormagara near Jarablus in the morning of July 4. IS fighters managed to capture the village. Then they set a flag at the checkpoint.
According to the Turkish news agency Anadolu about 200 Syrians, leaving the fighting area, fled to Turkey.
Meanwhile, the border between Syria and Iraq also becomes a place of violent confrontation.
Of the four existing checkpoints one is under control of IS.
Checkpoint al-Waleed is controlled by the Shiite forces of Baghdad regime, checkpoint Peshhabur and Yagrubiye are in the hands of the Kurdish Peshmerga and the checkpoint Kaim is under control of IS, after they had captured the town of al-Bukamal on the Syrian side.
Through the checkpoint Kaim IS provided a direct link between Syria and Iraq.
