West refuses Russia in new division of the world Yalta-way

Polish information portal Onet reported on further developments in relations between Russia and the West. In an article "There is no chance for a second Yalta", the portal writes:
- It is unlikely that Western countries would accept Russia's proposal for division of the "spheres of influence" in modern world; today there is no chance for a second Yalta, indicates Anna Dyner, commenting on Kremlin's amazing offer to start negotiations on the "new world order".
The expert from Polish Institute of International Relations notes that Vladimir Putin has no chance to change the global power of the United States and undermine its position, although Moscow has been increasing for several years its military forces.
