Russian puppets' chief in Chechnya ordered to tear off hijabs and undress women 'to check what they had there' (a video)

The ringleader of Chechen minions, Kadyrov, who has long turned feral from the taste of blood of Muslims he killed, demonstrates transcendent dirtiness and lousiness.
Shamelessly, he publically demanded on his local TV, to grab every Chechen girl wearing "wrong" headscarves/hijabs, tear them off and rip her clothes and underwear to "check what they had there".
"... We will catch all these women, tear off their clothes, we will remove even their underwear and check what they got there ..." end of quote.

This threat was announced by Kadyrov the day before some Muslim women wearing headscarves were caught in the Chechen capital of Jokhar. They were subjected to humiliation and beatings.
One of the girls was brutally raped after beatings on the night of September 16, she died without regaining consciousness.
An appeal of a Chechen Muslim woman was published the other day on the Internet. The appeal could be called a cry of despair, and it calls for help.
Lawlessness and violence committed by Kadyrov's minions against Chechen girls, who are trying to observe their religion, went over all possible limits. Terror and violence against Muslims girls in Chechnya are increasing each day. Thus in August, the Kadyrovites abducted a teacher, Malina Sadakhanova, who taught Islam at a local madrassa. For three days, she was brutally tortured. Later, Kadyrov's henchmen explained that the teacher had been kidnapped and beaten as a part of "preventive measures".
