U.S. exposes Putin's lie on troop withdrawal. Militants from South Ossetia deployed in Donetsk

US published evidence of the presence of Russian troops near the Ukrainian border. Satellite photos show that the troops are still in the 75-kilometer zone from the border with Ukraine.
The US government has published satellite images of border areas of Russia and Ukraine, which show that, as of May 9, 2014, Russian forces continue to be in the same places, twitted US Ambassador to Ukraine Jeffrey Payette.
The photos show the same part of the Rostov region in 75 kilometers from the border with Ukraine, on October 25, 2013, March 23, 2014 and May 7, 2014.
According to observations of the American side on the photo from May 7, one can still see the military equipment of the Russian Federation, which is contrary to the words of Putin.
Meanwhile on YouTube has been posted a video which recorded the presence of militants in Donetsk Ossetia.
A short video on his Facebook page has been posted by a so-called "president of the International Association of Ossetian societies", a certain Oleg Kuduhov. These militants, according to their words, took part in the capture of the sanatorium "Miner dawns". They call themselves "a detachment of the South".
