Putin returned to democracy salons partly 'nerukopozhatny'

According to the АР, Obama talked to Putin for about 15 minutes in France on June 6, after having a dinner. Their talk was confirmed by a White House spokesperson.
Prior to this, Obama clearly distanced himself from Putin while taking part in making a common photo of the World Democracy leaders at a gathering in France, putting between him and Putin a distance of three Democrats, including the English queen.
When the leaders went to eat, Obama walked behind Putin at an arm's distance, and said nothing.
Prior to that, Obama told reporters on Thursday that if he and Putin were engaged in a talk, he would warn Putin that "if Putin continues with his strategy of undermining the sovereignty of Ukraine, then we have no other choice but to respond" with more sanctions.
Prior to that, Putin talked to French president, Germany's female chancellor, British prime minister, and the new president of Ukraine. The Brit refused to shake hands with Putin, making it clear that Putin is "hand-unshakable", "nerupozhatny", in Russian.
"The Russian president returned to salons (Prezydent Rosji wraca na salony)", reports Poland's Polskie Radio.
In turn a Polish TV channel, TVN24, reports in a story entitled "Putin in salons. What is worse than a refusal to shake hands? (Putin na salonach. Co gorsze od odmowy podania ręki?)":

- A bigger shame would be if they did not talk to each other, wherever they met, he said.
