Former Ukrainian president: ''Russia is ruled by terrorists''

A Polish news magazine Wprost reported on Russian terrorists. The magazine writes:
"The first president of independent Ukraine, Leonid Kravchuk, described Russian terrorism in an interview to the Polish TV network TVN24:
"Mr. Kravchuk says that in order to cope with Russian terrorists, it is necessary to divide the policy of aggression, which is carried out in eastern Ukrainian Lugansk and Donetsk provinces into two parts".
"There are terrorists, there are militants, there are mercenaries who come from Russia; and weapons come from Russia too", he said.
"Terrorists rule Russia. Here are their representatives", he emphasized and added:
"Such people in Ukraine make about 16,000 elements. But there are also people who are misguided by propaganda of separatists. They are those who live there, in Donetsk and Lugansk. They are not all identical.
Among them, there are criminals, people from the bottom of society, but there are also normal people. Thus, in order to negotiate, it is necessary to find out the partners. You cannot negotiate with terrorists, but you need to talk with people influenced by propaganda. This is the position of Ukraine", Mr Kravchuk said".
