Moscow's homeless to be resettled in Russian-occupied Ukrainian Donbass
9/7/2014 10:08:54 AM

Moscow government is preparing a plan to resettle Moscow homeless in Ukrainian Donbass. According to local authorities, Moscow will be thus cleansed of "undesirable elements."

The order, which was sent on September 1 to all Moscow centers of social adaptation and shelters for homeless, suggests to compile a unified list of all homeless who want to "occupy the vacant housing stock in "Donetsk and Lugansk people's republics". Russian homeless are to take empty apartments of Donetsk and Lugansk refugees, as well as citizens of Ukraine killed by Putin's terrorist groups.

Moscow authorities believe that this way, the number of homeless in Moscow gets minimized. In addition, it should solve the problem of populating Donetsk and Lugansk regions with representatives of the "Russian World", or Pax Russicum.

Meanwhile, it is obvious that this plan is not entirely an initiative of Moscow authorities. It looks more like a pre-arranged "federal program", because the similar information comes from many other Russia's regions.

According to the Institute of Social Economic Research attached to the Russian Academy of Sciences, Russia has about 4 million homeless. About 4 million peaceful Ukrainians lived in the Donbass region of Ukraine before Russikies' hordes attacked it
